Review:
So through some gliche in The Matrix (I think it was caused by a green pill...go figure) the last show review was deleted and replaced with adequate picture representations of the show. In light of this, I'll try to recreate what I already wrote...just free your mind...Tay
Not often do you play a show at an ice cream parlor, but we did, and that's a fact. The show started off a little rocky because we had no monitors, and the first song Tay was trying to play quiet so that he could hear something other than the echo of Paul's guitar, and he dropped his stick. But we fixed the problem and played on.
Probably the highlight of the evening was a drunk girl stumbling into the store, and Ryan allowing her use of the microphone to complain about "the man" opening a corporate Maggie Moo's Ice Cream Shop right across the street from Ted and Wally's.
Paul broke yet another string, a D or something (during Satisfied), and didn't have a replacement string because he had already given it to Ryan. So, he rigged up some A string replacement and finished the set, but it was definitely a vibe killer. All in all, we had a good time and even sold some CD's to randoms (people who were at the show that have no direct affiliation with any of the band members). One guy even came in off the street, listened to Midnight, dropped a five spot on the merch table, grabbed a CD, patted our merch guy on the back, and promptly left...which is so cool. Oh, and if you are, in fact, a random, drop us a line and let us know what you think about our shows, the CD, the music...or the guitar players.

Review:
There's one word to describe our show on Friday..."It was the single most amazingly awesome show we've ever played." Shea Riley's was rockin' on Friday when we finally hit the stage at 9:45. Our set started off on a good foot (which is obviously the right foot) but it wasn't until we hit Paul's solo in "Drive Just To Sleep" that we took the set to a "rocking" level that resembled level 20 in Tetris. Notes were like bricks, flipping around and fitting perfectly into to puzzle that was our set. That's right, I went philosophical with a Tetris reference.
The best thing about the show was that we could tell the crowd (much of who were Endeavor fans) was actually diggin' what we were doin', and appreciated the music. It wasn't until we ended our set that we realized the place was packed. That...always helps, especially when there's about 60 people in the bar.
We're definitely going to try and get another show lined up at Shea Riley's, so you better get there for that one, and better get there early because otherwise you'll have to stand like 40 or so people did on Friday...which is so cool.
We've also decided we play better when we barely practice.
Thanks to Endeavor and The Danger Crew for playing with us, and to Vince at Shea Riley's for gettin' us the gig.

Review:
It doesn't get much better than playing very loud, with a very good PA system, on the lawn of a frat house, which is located on the UNL campus. Well, getting some more of the ladies who were walking by in 1980's prom dresses to stop at the show could have made it a little better(ah, sorority hazing), but hey, you can't have it all.
As far as the show went, we rocked pretty hard right off the bat, opening with two of our rockin'est songs. And that got the crowd of 30 clapping, so that was cool. We've also been playing so much lately that it's getting routine and we're really not too worried about screwing up. Hooray!
Special thanks to Theta Xi for letting us play, to Jon Tracy for making us sound better than we are, and to More Than Yesterday and Eyes Catch Fire for playing with us.
All the proceeds from this show were donated to MS research.
