Review:

This was the first time back at the Barley Street for us since our first time playing there. And, as always, we had a blast. I personally had a blast playing portions of other peoples drums because half of ours accidentally were left in Lincoln. Big thanks to Dan from the 5150's and Jef from the Barley Street for allowing me to piece together a drum set with half of their equipment. Overall, we had a great crowd turnout...and they were clammering for certain songs, so we played them. Also, unknown to Paul and I, Ryan and Justin decided to learn an acoustic cover of Outkast's "Hey Ya," and they busted that out tonight after their old staple, Tenacious D. Now I know what you're thinking, that's hilarious and that's a long song...well, it was hilarious and it is a long song...but they chopped it down into a nice, tight little bundle of music. And, not to call Ryan out or anything, but another hilarious moment was when he forgot the words to "Indecision"...a song we've been playing for about 5 years now. Well, I found it funny (no one else probably noticed), but hey, making me laugh is half the battle.
